1. Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
